Spouses of local physicians dedicated to the health of Americans Everywhere
On November 29, Oregon SAVE Chair Eva Germaine-Shimotakahara presented Faux Paw to an assembly of 150 students at Madison Elementary in Coos Bay, Oregon. State Representative Arnie Roblan was invited and he helped with the presentation. State President Meredeth Weber and incoming President Deeanne Workhoven were also on hand to help as well as SWOMSA members. The presentation was a big success. It was the first school presentation for Oregon. The local TV station, KCBY covered the event and it played portions on the evening News. Further presentations are planned for more schools in Oregon.
